In her role as Admissions and Recruiting Coordinator, Maddie specializes in guiding students through application and admission procedures. Drawing from her own experience as an online graduate student, she brings empathy and dedication to her interactions with prospective students, prioritizing exemplary service while infusing joy and enthusiasm. Prior to transitioning to higher education, Maddie enjoyed a multifaceted career journey as a children's librarian, data analyst, business manager, and entrepreneur. This diverse background enables her to connect with individuals from various backgrounds and establish a strong network across North Mississippi. Additionally, Maddie is pursuing her Sport Studies Ph.D. and shares her expertise by teaching undergraduate courses in the Kinesiology department.

Research Interests: student achievement, psychological well-being of students, transitions in career paths, and strategies for navigating change.
